Nili Moghaddam joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its complex commercial litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Moghaddam’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, white collar defense, and regulatory compliance, the firm said.
She joins from Boies Schiller Flexner.
