Thomas Henry has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner and co-head of its US real estate practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Henry has represented domestic and foreign real estate companies, private equity funds, and institutional lenders and investors in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and leasing and development transactions, according to Weil.
He has been a lead lawyer on some of the largest and highest-profile commercial real estate transactions in recent years, the firm said.
He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
