Simon Caridia joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its finance practice in London, the firm announced Thursday.
Caridia advises industry sponsors, infrastructure and private equity funds, commercial bank lenders, multilateral agencies, and institutional investors on acquisitions, refinancings and restructurings, including in distressed debt situations, the firm said.
