Seth Kerschner joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its regulatory transactions group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Kerschner concentrates his practice on environmental law and assists clients with transactions, litigation, climate change, regulatory compliance, site remediation, sustainability, biodiversity, and energy transition matters. He advises public and private companies, governments, and nonprofit organizations, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
