Weil Recruits Latham IP Litigator Cohen to Join Firm’s DC Office

Rachel Weiner Cohen joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its IP, technology & science litigation practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Thursday.

Cohen represents global technology and life sciences clients in patent and IP misappropriation disputes across multimedia, mobile and web apps, social networking, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and other sectors. She rejoins a group of former colleagues from Latham & Watkins who jumped to Weil earlier this year, the firm said.
