Weil Recruits Jacqui Bogucki to Corporate Department in Houston

Jacqui Bogucki has rejoined Weil Gotshal as a partner with the corporate department in Houston, the firm said Monday.

Bogucki advises private equity sponsors and strategic clients on corporate transactions. She focuses on the infrastructure, digital, technology, energy transition, and oil and gas sectors, according to Weil.

She joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she served as a partner with the mergers and acquisitions practice.
