Weil Recruits Dechert Financing Partner Flora in New York Office

Lindsay Flora joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its banking & finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Flora, who joins from Dechert LLP, advises private equity sponsors and firms, financial institutions, borrowers, lenders and both private and public companies on leveraged acquisitions, syndicated debt facilities, debt commitments, bridge loans and secured lending. She focuses on complex corporate transactions and high-yield financings, the firm said.
