Weil Picks Up Paul Weiss Restructuring Lawyer Saferstein in N.Y.

Jeffrey Saferstein has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its restructuring practice in the New York office, the law firm said Monday.

Saferstein focuses on corporate restructurings and workouts, bankruptcy, and specialized financings, according to Weil. He joins from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
