Chris Henry and Gaby LaHatte joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as partners in its IP, Technology & Science Litigation practice, the firm announced Monday.
The pair join from Latham & Watkins, reuniting with a trio of IP partners who jumped from Latham to Weil last month. Henry will be based in the firm’s Boston office, while LaHatte will work in San Francisco.
Henry represents clients in high-stakes trade secret and IP litigation involving software, electromechanical devices, medical technologies and semiconductors, the firm said. LaHatte represents market-leading companies in patent litigation and trade secret matters.
