Kristine Koren has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a private funds partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Koren represents both investor and sponsor clients in the formation and capitalization of a range of domestic and offshore private investment funds and asset managers, according to the firm.
Her practice focuses on the formation of domestic and offshore funds, including leveraged buyout, credit, infrastructure, real estate, mezzanine, special opportunities and venture funds, and her clients include private funds, financial services firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
She joins from Mayer Brown.
