Jessica Pillai joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its US real estate group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Pillai represents and counsels owners and investors in commercial real estate transactions in the United States and internationally. She works on joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, financings, and commercial leasing, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
