Weil Gotshal & Manges London Partner to Join Paul Hastings

Reena Gogna is joining Paul Hastings as a finance partner in London, according to a source with knowledge of the move.

Gogna is a finance partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges’ London office, who represents JP Morgan, Apollo Credit and Permira Credit. She works on matters related to leveraged finance, senior debt, debt structuring and refinancing.

Paul Hasting’s London office recently recruited Ruth Knox from Kirkland & Ellis and Stuart Alford KC and Oliver Browne from Latham & Watkins. It has bolstered its restructuring platform with partners William Needham from KKR & Co., Helena Potts and Tom McKay from Shearman & Sterling, and Jessica Ling from Akin Gump.
