Mark Seidman joined Weil Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its antitrust practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Seidman was formerly the head of the Federal Trade Commission’s Mergers IV Division. He works with regulators around the world and was instrumental in developing FTC policy on merger enforcement.
