Weil Expands Private Funds Group with Addition of David Greene

David Greene joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its private funds group in New York and Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Greene represents private fund sponsors in the formation, operation and management of private investment funds and related alternative asset arrangements. He advises sponsors across energy, infrastructure, power and renewables, oil and gas, financial services and other private investment strategies, the firm said.

He joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
