Weil Adds Victoria Rosamond as Compensation, Benefits Partner

Victoria Rosamond joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its executive compensation and benefits group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Rosamond advises on the drafting and design of compensation and benefit arrangements for public and private companies, including incentive and deferred compensation, bonus, stock options, profits interests, restricted stock, and other equity and non-equity-based arrangements, the firm said.

She joins from White & Case.
