Weil Adds Proskauer Private Funds Partner Dietrich in New York

Corey Dietrich joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its US private funds group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Dietrich, who joins from Proskauer Rose, represents buyers and sellers, as well as private fund sponsors. He guides single asset spin-out arrangements, fund recapitalizations, preferred financings and stapled secondary transactions, the firm said.
