Weil Adds Partners Ryan, Rekhi to New LA, San Francisco Offices

Tana Ryan and Navneeta Rekhi have joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as private equity partners in Los Angeles and San Francisco respectively, as the firm opens new offices in those cities, Weil said Tuesday.

Ryan, who will be the managing partner of the firm’s LA office, and Rekhi join a practice that includes clients with high-profile private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds, as well as family offices and other equity financial investors, according Weil.

They join from Latham & Watkins, where they were partners in that firm’s private equity practice group.
