Weil Adds Kirkland Executive Compensation Partner in Los Angeles

Jack Stratton joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its executive compensation and benefits group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Stratton’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, and he advises private equity funds, public and private companies and executives across various industries. He has deep experience counseling clients in the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings, spin-offs and other corporate transactions, the firm said.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
