Weil Adds IP Litigator Joseph Lee to Los Angeles Tech Practice

Joseph H. Lee rejoined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its IP, technology and science litigation practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Lee represents a wide range of technology companies, including in the semiconductor, networking, telecommunications and software industries. He has managed all phases of intellectual property litigation, from developing initial case strategy, through discovery and motion practice, and to trial, the firm said.

He rejoins from another large global law firm.
