Deepak Purushothaman has joined Weightmans’ nationwide financial services team as partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Purushothaman will advise banks, financial institutions, and borrowers on a range of asset-based lending, invoice finance, leveraged finance, general banking, restructuring, regulated consumer finance, and real estate finance matters, according to the announcement.
Formerly of Hill Dickinson, Purushothaman also previously worked at DLA Piper and Jones Day in London
