Warner Bros. Gets New Legal Chief From American Airlines (2)

Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. said Friday that it has appointed Priya Aiyar, American Airlines Group Inc.‘s chief legal officer, as its new top lawyer.

Aiyar succeeds Savalle Sims, who stepped down Jan. 4 as head of the law department at Warner Bros. The New York-based media giant had disclosed late last year that Sims would transition out of the role.
