Walgreens Taps Ecolab Lawyer for Legal Chief Post-CEO Switch (1)

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc.’s new global chief legal officer will be Lanesha Minnix, the company announced late Monday.

Minnix, who for the past two years has been general counsel and corporate secretary for food safety company Ecolab Inc., will join Walgreens as of April 15. She replaces Danielle Gray, whose exit from Walgreens was disclosed by the company in December.

Ecolab said Minnix will step down April 1 from its top legal role, according to a securities filing by the St. Paul, Minn.-based company. Minnix earned nearly $5 million in total compensation from Ecolab in 2023, per a proxy ...
