- Lawyers from Davidoff Hutcher & Citron want more money from ex-Trump aide Steve Bannon after a court ordered him to pay the firm $500,000 for previous legal work. Davidoff is asking the same court to force Bannon to cover the $66,000 it spent pursuing the breach of contract case against him. (New York Law Journal)
- Gibson Dunn has poached a team of lawyers from White & Case to launch a new office in Saudi Arabia. (The Lawyer).
- DLA Piper lawyer Robert Arinson was suspended from practicing law for a year after admitting to forging a witness signature on a mortgage document. Arinson, a UK real estate lawyer, reportedly lost his partner status and was moved to a consultant role pending the conclusion of a Solicitors Regulation Authority investigation. (Roll on Friday)
