- Mississippi lawyer Jay Foster is accused of mixing up two women named Dorothy Anderson and settling an injury claim on behalf of the wrong one. Foster allegedly provided false information to his professional liability insurance carrier and then filed charges against one of the women. (Insurance Journal)
- If elected president, Vice President Kamala Harris would not only be the first woman to hold the job, she would also be the second person to serve as president without a degree from from a Top 14 law school. (Law.com)
