- A team at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, led by partner and former US attorney general Loretta Lynch, released its report on Thursday recommending that Northwestern University enhance its hazing prevention. The law firm was brought in to investigate allegations of hazing by former athletes that resulted in numerous lawsuits and the ousting of its football coach Pat Fitzgerald in July 2023. - Morrison & Foerster is ditching its office space in Miami and transitioning to “a flexible office space model” in the city after its lease expires at the end of 2024. (Reuters)
- Vodafone Group’s former general counsel Rosemary Martin is moving over to Deloitte Legal as senior advisor after 12 years at the telecommunications giant. (Law.com International)

- Lauren Black has joined Bradley’s litigation practice group as a partner in the Houston office. She joins from BoyarMiller.
- Kevin Abikoff has joined Proskauer as a partner in its litigation department and will lead the firm’s global corporate investigations and compliance practice. He joins from Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
- Valentina Hirsiger has been appointed partner at Baker McKenzie in Zurich.
