  • Paul Weiss and its partner Martin Flumenbaum are no longer representing former FTX.com CEO Sam Bankman-Fried as he faces fallout from the collapse of his crypto exchange. Flumenbaum said in a statement that the firm had notified Bankman-Fried “that conflicts have arisen that precluded us from representing him,” Semafor reported. The report said Bankman-Fried is now represented by Greg Joseph, an ex-Big Law partner and litigation department chair and former president of the American College of Trial Lawyers. ...
