- Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe poached a Jones Day international arbitration team in Paris, including the co-leader of Jones Day’s international litigation and arbitration practice, Michael Bühler. Bühler will co-lead Orrick’s international arbitration practice with former U.S. Ambassador Charles Adams, who’s based in Geneva. Orrick said the move is aimed at boosting the practice in response to growing client demand for high-level support to resolve international disputes worldwide.
