• Fennemore Craig said it continued its California expansion in a merger with agriculture business focused firm Rynn & Janowsky, getting its three partners plus staff. The tie-up gives the Arizona-founded firm an Orange County office, its ninth in California and 15th overall, and create one of the strongest agribusiness practice groups in the country, Fennemore said.
