  • Rolex hired Alexander Troller as its first-ever group general counsel. He comes from Switzerland-based disputes law firm Lalive, where he was a partner. He will join Rolex in January and be based in Geneva. He has been with Lalive for just over 27 years, having first joined in 1997. (Law.com)
  • An anonymous Los Angeles-based celebrity is suing attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs. The celebrity alleges Buzbee tried to extort a payout in return for not identifying him as a sexual abuser tied to Combs. (The Los Angeles Times)
