- An outside law firm is investigating allegations that Paramount Skydance President Jeff Shell “improperly disclosed specific details about the timing, cost and structure” of the company’s $7.7B media rights deal with the UFC “almost a month before its August 2025 announcement,” according to Gary Baum of the Hollywood Reporter. Puck’s Dylan Byers reported Paramount enlisted law firm Gibson Dunn to “conduct an internal investigation.” Shell’s lawyer, Patty Glaser, said that the draft complaint was “‘riddled with clear errors of fact and law.” ...
