- Clark Hill and an attorney at the law firm are accused of wiring $1.1 million to scammers who hacked into email accounts to intercept settlement funds. Sinacom North America filed a lawsuit against the Detroit-founded firm and Steven Richman last week in Pennsylvania state court. (Reuters)
- An attorney has been arrested in a robbery attempt, during which an armored car employee shot him in Little Rock, Arkansas. Chad Green was a partner at Green & Gillispie, now re-named Gillispie. (Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Arkansas Times)
- Michael Gertzman, a Paul Weiss litigation partner known for expertise with global financial institutions, has died at 60. “There are no words to describe the pain we are experiencing after Michael’s tragic and sudden passing,” the firm said. (Paul Weiss)
