Wachtell, Simpson, Gibson Dunn Advise OpenAI Players (Correct)

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has turned to corporate litigator Orin Snyder to advise him on legal matters stemming from Altman’s short-lived departure from the artificial intelligence company.

Snyder, a partner at Gibson Dunn in New York, has been advising Altman and OpenAI president Greg Brockman in their personal capacities, according to five sources familiar with the situation. Snyder’s client roster includes Facebook owner Meta Platforms Inc. and Tinder Inc. co-founder Sean Rad.
