A jury must decide whether Vivint Solar Inc. paid a woman who held various human resources positions less than men who performed substantially equal work and then fired her in retaliation for complaining about it, the District of Utah ruled.
Adriana Clark started as an HR generalist in November 2013 at an annual salary of $60,000 plus a potential 5% bonus, the court said.
