Jennifer Cornejo rejoined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in its environmental practice in Denver, the firm announced Monday.
Cornejo counsels private equity clients, financial institutions, and public and private companies on environmental liabilities across oil and gas, renewable power, waste management, manufacturing, and mining. She advises clients on resolving environmental liabilities in transactions, infrastructure development, and environmental permitting issues, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
