Vinson & Elkins Taps Caitlin Lawrence as Houston Finance Partner

Caitlin Lawrence rejoined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in its finance practice in Houston, the firm announced Monday.

Lawrence represents clients in commercial lending, direct lending, and other leveraged and project finance transactions. She advises on back-leverage and tax equity financings, reserve-based and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, development and project financing, mezzanine facilities, direct lending, restructurings, and other structured financings, the firm said.
