Vinson & Elkins Taps Adetutu as Trade Partner From Baker Botts

Joyce Adetutu joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in its export controls and economic sanctions practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Adetutu provides regulatory advice to clients on export controls, trade, sanctions, and tariff matters. She represents clients in economic and trade sanctions administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, the firm said.

She joins from Baker Botts.
