Mark Brasher has rejoined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in the energy and infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm said Monday.
Brasher has experience in domestic and international transactions, specializing in global large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, according to Vinson & Elkins. He has advised investors and developers in infrastructure ventures involving the renewable and sustainable energy assets, offshore energy infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors.
He previously worked at Cordina, an Australian-based software and advisory firm, Vinson & Elkins said.
