Adam Hudes has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in the antitrust litigation practice in Washington, the firm said Thursday.
Hudes, who joins from Mayer Brown, focuses on complex antitrust and commercial disputes, representing defendants in mergers and nonmerger antitrust investigations as well as antitrust litigation, according to Vinson.
He also represents companies in competition litigation concerning unfair trade practices and gray goods matters, the firm said.
