Vinson & Elkins Recruits Four-Partner WilmerHale Corporate Team

Four partners from WilmerHale are jumping to Vinson & Elkins as partners, the firm announced Monday.

Keith Trammell, Chalyse Robinson, and David Strong are joining V&E’s Denver office, the firm said. Alex Bahn will be based in the Washington office.

Trammell counsels public companies, private equity funds, special committees, investors, and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets matters. Robinson guides public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies through all aspects of their debt financing and other capital markets transactions.
