Will Myer joined Vinson & Elkins as a corporate partner in its Denver office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Myer advises on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He also regularly advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, acquirors, targets, family offices, boards of directors, special committees, founders and investors on corporate governance matters, fiduciary duties, and best practices, the firm said.
He joins from WilmerHale.
