Vinson & Elkins Hires Ed Moberly as Tax Partner in London Office

Ed Moberly joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Moberly advises clients on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund formations, restructurings, and complex financings, as well as contentious tax matters and investigations. He has advised on multi-billion euro investments across industries including digital infrastructure, energy, mobile gaming, retail, sports, consumer products, and health care, the firm said.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
