Kilian de Cintré has joined Vinson & Elkins as part of the corporate and finance practice in London, the firm said Monday.
De Cintré, who joins from Milbank, has experience with the development, structuring, and financing of natural resources, infrastructure, and energy projects internationally, according to Vinson & Elkins.
He acts for sponsors, development finance institutions, commercial lenders, and export credit agencies, Vinson & Elkins said.
