Vinson & Elkins Adds Heriaud as an M&A, Capital Markets Partner

Benjamin Heriaud has joined Vinson & Elkins as a New York-based partner in its mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice group in New York, the firm said Monday.

Heriaud represents corporate, private equity sponsor and investment banking clients and specializes in capital-raising transactions, with a focus on IPOs as well as alternative, hybrid and private capital transactions, acquisition financings, and high-yield debt offerings, according to Vinson.
