Vikram Sidhu has rejoined Mayer Brown as a partner in its corporate and securities practice and global insurance industry group in New York, the firm said Monday.
He joins from Clyde & Co., where he was managing partner of the New York office.
Sidhu focuses on sales and acquisitions of insurance and reinsurance companies and portfolios of insurance business, according to Mayer Brown.
