Vice Media LLC, under new ownership after filing for bankruptcy earlier this year, has named Jason Guberman to be its general counsel following the departure of chief legal officer Maria Krasnikow Harris.
Harris, hired last year by Vice to serve as its legal chief after Lucinda Kinau Treat left to become chief executive of Crooked Media Inc., said in an email that she resigned to “explore new opportunities.”
