Veteran Health Care Attorney Kenneth Yood Joins Polsinelli in LA

Kenneth Yood joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its health care practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Thursday.

Yood advises hospitals, home health agencies, clinical labs, diagnostic and infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, post-acute providers and digital health companies on laws that govern health care operations and reimbursement. His work spans Medicare and Medicaid certification, state licensing, corporate practice of medicine rules, telehealth regulations and state and federal fraud and abuse frameworks, the firm said.
