Venable Taps Official Jennifer Daskal as Cybersecurity Partner

Jennifer Daskal joined Venable as a cybersecurity partner in Washington, the firm announced April 28.

Daskal responds to crisis situations, handles public safety and homeland security challenges, leads diplomatic negotiations, and oversees strategic litigation decisions. She works to address regulatory challenges and compliance risks involving cybersecurity, cross-border digital frameworks, and data privacy, the firm said.

She joins from The White House, where she was deputy homeland security adviser and deputy assistant to the president.
