Venable Takes on Chicago Corporate Practice Partner Ted Keim

Ted Keim has joined Venable as a partner in the corporate practice in Chicago, the firm said Monday.

Keim focuses on transactional and advisory work for public and privately held companies, according to Venable.

He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestiture, investment and venture capital transactions, and corporate reorganizations and restructurings, Venable said.
