Venable Hires Samidh Guha as Litigation Partner in New York

Samidh Guha joined Venable as a partner in its litigation division in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Guha represents institutions and individuals across the financial services and technology sectors in multi-agency investigations, enforcement proceedings, and regulatory matters. He works with disputes involving allegations of corporate fraud, insider trading, cross-border compliance, and commercial matters, the firm said.
