Kathryn T. Lundy has joined Venable as a partner in the labor and employment group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Lundy has experience litigating high-stakes disputes, including sexual harassment and discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and restrictive covenants, according to Venable.
She also offers counsel on executive compensation or termination matters, negotiation of complex employment agreements, and classification issues, said the firm.
